West Gosford to challenge Erina

A consortium lead by the Gibbens Family has gained approval from Gosford Council to develop the first stage of a multi-million development at West Gosford.

Riverside Park is set to become a major commercial area rivalling that of Erina and comprises a total area of 4.5 ha fronting Manns Road, backing onto Racecourse Creek and partly with frontage to Pacific Highway.
The first stage will consist of a $16.5 million 4-storey office building.
Matthew Gibbens said that the building design would incorporate a number of environmentally sustainable initiatives that would lead to lower outgoings for occupants.
Architects, Andrews Neil and Thrum Architects have been engaged to carry out the design.
Mr Gibbens said that he expected tenders would be invited for the construction in April or May.
