SALES
Erina factory unit sold A new strata factory/warehouse at Bay 5, 8 Bonnal Road Erina was sold to an owner occupier for $255,000 excluding GST. The 118sqm building is zoned 4A and is of brick construction. Citicoast Realty negotiated the sale.
Gosford unit sold A ground floor strata unit at Lot 47, 26 Watt Street Gosford was sold for $390,000 excluding GST. Zoned Commercial, the new unit covers 130sqm and was sold by Chapman & Frazer.
Tuggerah unit sold Unit 3, 1 Joule Place Tuggerah was sold for $238,000 including GST to a local owner occupier. The 230sqm light factory unit is zoned 4B and is constructed of pre-cast concrete with mezzanine level, high roller door and amenities. The sale was negotiated by LJ Hooker Commercial.
Sale of Kincumber industrial units Unit 4, Lots 5 to 8 Cochrane Street Kincumber has been sold for $410,000 excluding GST. Zoned 4A and covering 235sqm, the concrete panel unit will be used for the manufacture, storage and distribution of screen doors. The sale was negotiated by LJ Hooker Commercial.
Lisarow land and factory brings over $2 million A 10 year old industrial factory covering 3856sqm on 7345sqm land was sold for $2,185,000 excluding GST. Energy Australia purchased the property at 60 Railway Crescent Lisarow. The sale was negotiated by LJ Hooker Commercial.
LEASING
Charmhaven units leased Units 4 and 5, 29 Arizona Road Charmhaven have been leased for $22,880 per annum excluding outgoings and including GST. The industrial factory units are each 144sqm in area. They are new, of concrete slab construction and both have mezzanine levels. They have been leased to CEG Distributors. Tony Myers of Oliver Myers Real Estate negotiated the one year lease.
West Gosford car yard leased A car yard with office and car wash area at 311 Manns Road West Gosford has been leased for three years with a three year option to Europcar Car Rentals.
