A three bedroom unit at 1/20 Terrigal Esplanade, Terrigal was sold for $1,850,000 to a local buyer. The unit has ocean views and is 50m from Terrigal Beach. It has polished floorboards, granite kitchen, ducted air conditioning, security access and an inground saltwater pool and BBQ area.

$2.2 million buys Terrigal retreat
