Bid win to host 300 Malaysian visitors on the Central Coast

The Central Coast will be welcoming 300 visitors from Malaysia in August as part of a large incentives group tour. ING Insurance Group in Malaysia has chosen the Central Coast as a part of a working holiday given as a bonus to their top performing staff.

The visitors will arrive in two groups of 150 people, over two days and will experience horse riding and quad biking at Glenworth Valley followed by lunch at the Peking Garden Chinese Restaurant at the Central Coast Leagues Club in Gosford. “Central Coast Tourism is continually working with inbound agents to put together bids to win these large international groups. The international incentives industry is a lucrative market, with group sizes often reaching to hundreds, with no expense spared by the host company,” commented Sarah Kerrsmith, Sales & Marketing Manager of Central Coast Tourism.

The Central Coast is already an established destination for large incentive groups from Taiwan, with the region receiving over 3,000 Asian incentives visitors last year.
