IT company relocates to Zenith Tuggerah
IT management company, ESP-IT Intuitive Solutions, has consolidated and relocated their business to the new Zenith building in Tuggerah Business Park.

Established in 2001 by Dr Bruce Kennedy, ESP-IT specialises in designing, implementing and maintaining networks for the large corporate sector. The company had worked out of offices at Dr Kennedy’s Jilliby home and in Sydney. General Manager, Barry Calabria, said that the company would focus on the small to medium business market on the Central Coast. “Our point of difference is that we provide a service whereby we totally manage a client’s system for a fixed fee,” he said.
ESP-IT is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and employs a staff of eight people.

Local chiropractor elected Association President
Central Coast chiropractor and Director of the Central Coast Spinal Care Centre in Gosford, Bryce Conrad, has been elected President of the Chiropractors’ Association of Australia (CAA), NSW Branch. As President, Mr Conrad said he is eager to position the chiropractic profession so it can better contribute to the health care system and benefit the community. He says the Australian health care system is at least ten years behind North America, where allied health care professionals - such as chiropractors, dieticians and psychologists - are making a positive contribution as primary care providers. He believes a patient-focused, team-based model of care should be implemented in Australia, to give the Australian population better access to safe, effective, and where possible, drug-free health care.

Mr Conrad has lectured and tutored at Macquarie University and has been an active member of the CAA NSW for eight years. He first joined the executive board in 2003 and was appointed Vice President in 2006. He studied at the University of Calgary and Mount Royal College in Calgary, Canada, before travelling to Australia to complete his undergraduate degree and Masters degree at Macquarie University. He is currently completing a Diploma of Pediatrics. He established the Central Coast Spinal Care Centre in Gosford in 2004.

Residential buyers agency opens
Agenté, one of the first Exclusive Buyer’s Agencies has been established on the Central Coast by Jennifer Vile. Agenté’s core services include property searches, evaluation, negotiating and auction bidding on behalf of buyers of residential and commercial properties, saving them time and money. Ms Vile said she recognised the lack of time that business owners, professionals, high profile individuals and out of area buyers have in their busy scheduled lives.

Being a business owner herself for eight years, she said she knows the frustration of spending weekends with the family searching and inspecting open houses, scouring local newspapers and the internet. Ms Vile is a Licensed Real Estate Buyer’s Agent and a Practice Member of the REINSW. “While it is early days for Buyer’s Agents in Australia, these services are becoming more sought after as our lives are becoming increasingly fast paced and time poor,” she said. For a confidential discussion and more information call Agenté on 02 4323 9877.

“Moving to Tuggerah Business Park has enabled Forsythes Training to provide a dedicated training room on the Central Coast to its expanding client base,” said Forsythes Training Director, Chad White. "Forsythes Training offers a complete range of professional training services in computer applications, accredited courses in management, leadership, competitive manufacturing, and workplace trainer and assessor," Mr White said.

McGrath expansion targets Central Coast
Leading residential Real Estate agency, McGrath Estate Agents, have announced further expansion along the NSW North Coast with the opening of a second Central Coast office to service the Gosford/Woy Woy region. McGrath’s new office at Wyoming is the result of an amalgamation between Kathy Bowler Real Estate and co-principals of McGrath Central Coast, Jaimie Woodcock and Mat Steinwede. Alan Bowler will head up the new office.

John McGrath, Chief Executive of McGrath, said the Gosford region was emerging as one of the most desirable lifestyle areas in NSW, located just 60 minutes north of the Sydney CBD, at the gateway to the Central Coast. “This region offers excellent growth opportunities with a diverse choice of properties to suit every lifestyle need - from first home buyers to young families, and those wishing to live in premium waterfront residences close to an abundance of recreational facilities bordering Brisbane Waters. It’s also attractive to the retiring baby boomer market, many of whom are moving from Sydney,” he said.

Co-Principal Jaimie Woodcock said the new office was ideally positioned to expand its reach to the rural acreage of the Central Coast, and service existing clients on the Brisbane Waters waterfront. “Price growth in the area has been relatively slow in the past five years, but we anticipate increased activity as more out of area buyers recognise what their money can buy,” said Mr Woodcock. “Mat and I will assist Alan in growing the business, sharing our strong buyer and client databases and resources.”

The new McGrath Gosford office will operate from Woy Woy in the south, up to Point Frederick in the north, and out to the rural areas of Somersby and Mangrove Mountain in the west. Other key suburbs will be Umina, Ettalong Beach, Point Clare, East Gosford and Ourimbah.
