Prestige Property ReportThe Hariott sets a new benchmark at The Entrance plus the latest prestige property sales on the Central Coast. The Hariott - an inspired vision Right from its conception the developers of The Hariott apartments, Godek Properties, set out to make it a benchmark project for The Entrance, setting a standard that was previously unknown in the area. After two years of design and development working with architect Paul Zaia, a shared vision was combined to formulate and achieve excellence across the entire development. The design concept favoured a reduced number of apartments in the development in order to achieve a higher quality of lifestyle, providing larger spacious apartments to that which is normally developed. A north-easterly aspect and orientation visually connects most apartments to The Entrance channel and coastline and a common rooftop area on level 7 provides an entertainment area with sweeping water and hinterland views. Internally the apartments have been dedicated to providing spacious layouts together with large balcony areas. Two bedroom apartment sizes commence at 124sqm plus balconies, whle the three bedroom apartments range from 148sqm to 200sqm plus balconies. A C-Bus system to control to lighting, blinds, and air conditioning have been included along with an integrated touchscreen panel linked to security intercom, TV and radio stations. Each Hariott apartment features large remote control double lock up garages with high security FOB access to all common areas including lift and rooftop terrace. Blue gum timber floors are a feature in every apartment making a bold statement in the kitchens with quality joinery as well as an overall minimalistic contemporary executive finish throughout. The external façade uses light colours to reflect heat gain while large eave and balcony overhangs effectively shade windows. Solar pergolas and operable louvers also add privacy and solar control. Window types have been carefully chosen to promote cross ventilation and strong internal/external connections with double hung windows and sliding doors. A structure consisting of concrete slabs and core-filled concrete walls provides a large percentage of thermal mass for low angle winter sun storage. Built by Sydney builder, Skope, The Harriott will be completed by the end of November and with marketing to commence immediately Godek is expecting a strong response. Apartments start at $795,000 for 2-bedroom ground floor to $3million for the 200 sqm plus balcony penthouse. Ray White International and McGraths Terrigal have been appointed agents for the building.
