Commercial offices for Tuggerah Business Park

Property developer, Lindsay Bennelong Developments, has received Development Approval for a new 8,000sqm commercial office complex in Tuggerah Business Park on Lot 201 Pioneer Avenue.

To be known as Park Central the development will comprise two, three storey buildings with ground floor café/licensed restaurant plus extensive landscaping and car parking for 303 cars on the 1,258 sqm lot.
The building will be the first in Wyong Shire to provide prestige office accommodation
Architect, Christopher Baker of Thrum Architects said that the building’s floorplates had been designed to satisfy all commercial size and layout requirements. Modules will be available from 200 sqm.

Designed for environmental sustainability heating costs and conservation of water will result in lower outgoings for air conditioning and water useage within the building.
The property is being developed as an investment proposition with leasing from $200 to $220 per sqm pa net.
Construction will start in around July this year by local builders Coastal Synergy
L.J. Hooker Commercial Central Coast has been appointed exclusive leasing agents for the owners.
