Willows Motor Inn Sold

Grandeo Pty Ltd, a company owned by the Brand Family, has sold the Willows Motor Inn at 512 Pacific Highway, Wyoming for an undisclosed sum.

Built about forty years ago by Gosford builder Bill Pluim the property was purchased by the Brands in 2004 from the Graham Alan owned Pluim Properties Pty Ltd who had acquired it in 1998 and carried out extensive improvements.
The Brands subsequently added additional conference facilities and appointed a manager.
The property is on 10.3 sqm and comprises 50 units with restaurant, conference faculties, pool and gym.
The property was sold to Stephen and Jenny Clark who owned a motel in Western Australia.
Property Manager for the Brand Group, Tim Gunasinghe, said that the property sold on the internet within 30 days of going on the market.
