Scape wins Umina Precinct project

Gosford City Council has awarded a contract worth $2.6 million to Scape Constructions for the construction of a 300 sqm amenities building and landscaping and external services work as part of the development of the Peninsula Recreation Precinct.

The work includes a new playground, all-ages fitness equipment, park furniture, outdoor lighting, paths and cycleways and landscaping.

The construction period is expected to be approximately twenty-four weeks with work scheduled to be completed by December 2010.
