ACS wins more Westfield contracts
Erina based ACS Integrated Service Providers report that they have won contracts to supply security services to three Westfield shopping centres in Western Australia as well as Westfield’s Parramatta centre.
This brings to nineteen the number of Westfield shopping centres throughout Australia with which ACS has contracts.
In addition ACS’s have recently won contracts for security at Centro Melville Plaza in Melville and Mercy Hospital Perth, Western Australia and Centro Colonnades in Adelaide.
“A big part of all this is our training systems. We have an online training system that all our people use, a deployment course and full time compliance manager all of which are overseen by regional managers.”
ACS, which celebrates its 20th year next year and had its beginnings providing security guards at the Kincumber Hotel, employs 930 people around Australia and this year will have a turnover of around $32 million.
Mr. Hughes said that ACS’s success has been in its diversified services which includes; security, cleaning, loss prevention, maintenance, housekeeping and traffic control.
Their security services extend to providing guards at taxi ranks on the Central Coast and in Sydney.
