Major Manufacturers Get Behind New Umbrella Organisation

Central Coast Manufacturing Connect (CCMC) has now gained the support of the major manufacturing groups in the region.

At the inaugural meeting of the new umbrella organisation, all groups agreed in principle to a set of terms of reference and the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding.

This will allow for a better representation of the manufacturing sector on the Coast.

Frank Sammut, Chairman of the Steering Committee said after the meeting; "This is coming together better than expected. To have the Australian Industry Group, NSW Business Chamber, Hunternet, Central Coast Networking and Safety Groups agree to work collectively for the betterment of business on the Coast is fantastic.” “Together with Enterprise Connect, Industry and Investment NSW and RDA Central Coast we have the support to achieve real outcomes.”
