Reef Restaurant Terrigal takes out top AwardThe Reef Restaurant Terrigal has taken out the top award at the National Restaurant & Catering Awards for Excellence 2011 in the category Restaurant Caterer. The Reef was competing against all restaurants in this category that had earlier in the year won the RCA’s Regional and State Awards. Reef owners Lyn Keeling and son Jonathon said that they were proud of their achievement at the restaurant which they bought just three years ago. 2011 has been a good year for the restaurant having won the State and provincial awards in the categories: Modern Australian Contemporary – Formal, Caterer of the Year, Restaurant Wedding Caterer, Restaurant Caterer and Consumers’ Choice awards. Commenting on the win Jonathon Keeling said that the restaurant staff deserved most of the credit particularly Head Chef of one year Paul Bouwhuis and Operations Manager, Selena Dohnt. |
