Central Coast Builder nails awards

Highlight of the year for Linx was winning the MBA’s National Medium Density Award in the 2-5 dwelling category with their entry, La Joya in Terrigal.
In addition, Terrigal Projects (Linx Group) was the winner of:
- Commercial Builder of the Year by the Hunter Region MBA.
- Hunter Home of the Year at the Hunter Region HIA Awards

La Joya, a luxury apartment development was also the winner of:
- Home Units over $1M at the NSW MBA Excellence in Housing Awards;
- Apartment Project of the Year at the Hunter Region HIA Awards;
- Bathroom Designer of the Year at the Hunter Region HIA Awards;
- Apartment Development - Open at the Hunter Region MBA Awards;
- Residential Development Commendation at the NSW UDIA awards.

Brunswick, a medium density development in Terrigal, was the winner of:
- Medium Density over 5 dwellings at the Hunter Region MBA Awards,

Linx Group is a privately owned, integrated property group incorporating development and construction businesses that was established in 2004.
Commenting on Linx’s Terrigal project, La Joya, the MBA judges said “a truly magnificent development. The builder has used sophisticated finishes and materials to produce a truly world class apartment”.
The Linx Group also constructed the award winning Platinum commercial office development at Erina in 2006. This project, the most prestigious commercial development on the Central Coast has been highly successful and has set new leasing and sales benchmarks for the area .
Managing Director, Wayne Chivas, said the awards were testament to the Linx Group’s commitment to building high quality projects that establish benchmarks for the Central Coast.  He congratulated builder, Tony Preston and the team of consultants including Andrew Dickson of AndrewsNeil, Noelene Trigg of Serenity Interiors and local subcontractors for their outstanding contribution and made special mention of Col Hoad Electrical who won Subcontractor of the Year in the Hunter Region.
