Rebranding for Freedom/BaySwiss
Steinhoff Asia Pacific Ltd, operators of the Freedom, Snooze (formerly Capt’n Snooze) and BaySwiss retail chains is currently rebranding its Freedom and BaySwiss stores in a strategic move that will see all stores under the two names branded as Freedom Home.
Steinhoff Director, Tim Schaafsma, said that the company had already carried out the rebranding at Westfield Tuggerah and Hornsby and had recently closed their BaySwiss store at Erina Fair. “Our Freedom store at Erina Fair will move into the former BaySwiss store making way for a K-Mart department store,” said Mr Schaafsma. “Freedom Home is an exciting new concept in that it maintains the food presence in the stores and links into the homewares and lifestyle theme that Freedom is so well known for plus it offers an opportunity for an injection of unique new products that are suitable for shopping centre destinations,” he said.
