Stevens Construction moves to new location
Stevens Construction which was formerly part of the Stevens Group has relocated to premises at 167 The Entrance Road, Erina and taken on a new image.
Directors, Jason Lewis and Steven Mailey, who took control of the company in 2006, said that with a solid first year behind them and a good order book for 2008, it was time to be seen to be independent of the Stevens Group. “We continue to have a strong relationship with Stevens Group but we are now looking to reinforce and establish new relationships,” said Mr Lewis. During 2007 Stevens Construction completed a number of projects including:
- 167 The Entrance Road, Erina
- Highpoint, corner Barralong Road and The Entrance Road, Erina
- New kindergarten block for Central Coast Grammar School valued at $1.5 million
- Big W department store at Wetherill Park for $3.5 million,
They have started construction of the $10 million Harrington Waters Shopping Centre for the Roche Group.
