Bank of Queensland MD drops in to say Happy Birthday

Bank of Queensland Managing Director, David Liddy paid a visit to the Bank’s Erina franchise in late July to celebrate its third birthday.

In addition, he and Owner-Manager, Stewart Gall hosted a luncheon for Bank of Queensland’s Central Coast customers and the team at Erina.

Mr Liddy said it was Owner-Managers like Stewart Gall who had helped Bank of Queensland develop a reputation for excellence in customer service that it enjoys today. “When he bought the branch three years ago, Stewart made a promise to give the community a unique local banking service and I am proud to say he has kept that promise,” Mr Liddy said.

Commenting on the success of the branch, Mr Gall said that it has been an exciting three years working with local residents and businesses. “We like to think that our branch is playing a major part in the ongoing development of Erina by offering personalised service and competitive banking products,” said Mr Gall.

Meanwhile, Bank of Queensland has announced that it has closed its Tuggerah branch and incorporated it into the Erina branch. Special services are being provided to assist customers in the Wyong area to overcome any distance problems that may occur.
