Somersby unit sold under the hammer

A local businessman outbid two others paying $365,000 excluding GST for Unit 5, 80 Somersby Falls Road, Somersby at an auction held by George Brand Real Estate Kariong on August 8. The 345sqm factory unit with a mezzanine area is part of a new complex of six units. Agent, Mark Kelly said that more than forty people attended the auction.

East Gosford shed sold

Local investors have paid $375,000 plus GST for a property with an old corrugated iron shed at 63 Webb Street, East Gosford.
The 600sqm shed is on a 759sqm commercial zoned site. It is the first time the property has been traded in over forty years. The sale was negotiated by Brendan Byrne-Bates of Raine & Horne Gosford in conjunction with Brad Rogers of LJH Commercial.

Gosford food shop sold

A local business has paid $450,000 excluding GST for 174 Mann Street, Gosford. The 145sqm single storey property which is located in the centre of the CBD is fitted out for food preparation and sales and was renovated five years ago for such purposes. It has rear access to Baker Street. The property was last traded in May 2004 for $400,000. The sale was negotiated by Brendan Byrne-Bates of Raine & Horne Gosford.

North Wyong units sold

Ty Blanch of LJH Commercial reports the sale of two industrial factory showroom units at 9-11 Willowtree Road, North Wyong. Both units 4 and 6, each of 138.7sqm were sold separately for $148,500 including GST. The units are part of an 18-unit industrial factory showroom complex completed in 2007 and sold by the Mortgagee in Possession. Around ten units in the complex have now been sold by the Mortgagee in Possession.

A 3 Mobile call centre has consolidated its operations and relocated from Wyong to Tuggerah Straight Commercial, 152 Pacific Highway, Tuggerah. The company has leased Suites D and E with a total area of 300sqm at a rental of $55,000 per annum plus outgoings and GST. Terms of the lease are 3 years with 3 year option. Terratost Pty Ltd has leased a 173sqm industrial unit at 6/12 Accolade Avenue, Morisset. Lease terms are 3 years with 3 year option at a rental of $14,400 per annum excluding outgoings and GST.
