The property: 1 Leeside Road, North Avoca – a five bedroom, three bathroom contemporary two storey home on a 530sqm lot.
The price: $1,560,000
The buyer: A family from the NSW Riverina district.
The sale: The property was listed for auction with a four week advertising campaign and sold the day prior to auction. The buyers made three trips to the Coast to view the property.

The property: Unit 3, 3 Hunter Crescent, Terrigal. A 150sqm four bedroom, two bathroom apartment now nearing completion, situated a short walk to the beach.

The buyer: Sydney buyers.
The sale: The property was on the market for two weeks and sold by private treaty following a small local and Sydney advertising campaign.
