Ettalong Beach apartments win award -- The latest high-end residential property sales from across the Central Coast

Ettalong Beach Apartments Win HIA Award

Ocean View Apartments, a complex comprising twelve apartments on 207-209 Ocean Beach Road, Ettalong Beach has received the HIA Hunter and Central Coast award for Apartment Project of the Year.

The development which was completed towards the end of last year consists of nine two-bedroom and three three-bedroom apartments of which two are luxury penthouses. All apartments feature high quality fittings, stainless steel appliances, gourmet kitchens, security intercom and security parking. Most feature spectacular views of the entrance to Brisbane Water.

The complex was developed by Sydney builder, Developcorp. Spokesperson for the builder, Johnny Daher said, “The apartments have been created to meet the needs of buyers looking for luxury living in a tranquil environment.”

The project is being marketed by Ettalong agents, Laing+Simmons Central Coast with Principal Ray Dearlove saying that the apartments catered to the needs of a variety of market sectors. “The Ocean View apartments are priced from $475,000 for the two bedroom apartments and $575,000 for the three bedroom apartments with the asking price for the two penthouses of $1.1 million,” he said. “At the other end of the spectrum, spacious penthouses will be very attractive to the luxury market. This really is one of the best real estate opportunities on the Central Coast.”

The sale: The property was on the market for 42 days and was marketed via local and Sydney media. It was inspected by over fifty parties and eventually sold by private treaty following the auction.
