The judges said they were impressed by Financial Management Solutions’ commitment to sponsoring, supporting and staffing at least one charity event per month. The firm’s client relationships extend beyond their client’s financial needs, often taking on the role of personal lifestyle coach, counsellor and mediator.

Financial Management Solutions’ Principal Financial Planner, Christine Hornery said the professional and caring approach of its employees and the passion with which they provide advice and services is what makes the business unique and successful.

“Our clients tell us that they enjoy their experience with us, and the way we take the time to help them understand their financial product and situation,” Ms Hornery said. “In the past three years we have assisted in raising over $300,000 for local sporting organisations and charities. We strive to understand our client needs and we truly care about them and our community,” she said.

Financial Management Solutions will now be judged against the category winners from other states in the lead up to the National Telstra Business Awards to be announced in Sydney on August 20. There is over $400,000 in cash and prizes to be won.
