Developers to advise on Gosford Challenge

They include Mirvac, Lend Lease, Mariners FC Trust, Newcastle developer Stronach, and two Central Coast developers – Baxter O’Hara Building and CommercialHQ.

The panel will provide expert advice to the co-sponsors and the Gosford Challenge team on the technical, sustainable and financial feasibility of proposed development concepts for the future revitalisation of the City.

Council’s director of City Centre Development, Colleen Worthy-Jennings said, “The panel provides a blend of large and small firms with both local and international experience, all committed to the redevelopment of Gosford as the regional capital of the Central Coast.

“Their commitment is demonstrated through their early involvement, as they are offering their extensive knowledge and experience during the masterplanning phase,” she said.
