2010 Finance Guide: Bridgecoast Finance Group celebrates 25 years

Bridgecoast Finance Group this year celebrates 25 years supporting the Central Coast community financially. Managing Director Laurie O'Brien, Co-Director Marie O’Brien and the staff at Bridgecoast sincerely thank the Central Coast community and businesses who have supported Bridgecoast.

Since 1985 Bridgecoast Finance Group has provided finance solutions to more than 6,000 clients, from motor vehicle finance through to home & investment loans. Bridgecoast also provides finance for businesses large and small such as
plant & equipment as well as technology rental.

Laurie says, “Here at Bridgecoast we constantly monitor the finance sector and evaluate the performance of lenders and most importantly, analyse new products and services.

We take pride in our approach to servicing your financial needs, and place the emphasis on creating business/client relationships. We happily work with you to ensure that whatever loan you are seeking is approved. In fact we do not submit finance proposals unless we expect them to be successful. You can be assured that we are working in your best interests.”

As Finance Brokers, Bridgecoast acts in finding lenders who are providing the best interest rates and flexibility. Whether a small or large business, an individual or corporation, Bridgecoast can source the best options to help businesses achieve their financial goals.

Bridgecoast Finance Group also has a history of supporting many community groups through significant sponsorship arrangements and the staff are grateful that the support back to the business has been reciprocated. An example of this community involvement is the naming rights to “Bridgecoast Basketball Stadium” at Terrigal. The Haven Education Centre, Coast Shelter and the Rotary Club of Gosford City are also projects Bridgecoast has been supporting
for a number of years. Local schools, charities, sporting organisations also benefit from Bridgecoast’s support.

Laurie & Marie O’Brien are most grateful for the many clients who have been dealing with Bridgecoast since day one and continue to remain loyal clients. Laurie works collaboratively with many professional advisers such as accountants and solicitors to ensure clients are well advised.

Late last year Laurie received a nomination for a Gosford City Australia Day Community Award for 2010. A ceremony was held in January at the Laycock Theatre Gosford where, along with many other deserving individuals, they were all recognised for their contribution to the local community by the Mayor of Gosford City.

He says, “When I came to the Central Coast over 20 years ago I had a need to tap into childrens’ disability services. Whilst familiarising myself with all the support networks available I quickly came to the conclusion that the Central Coast is not just a unique and beautiful area to live and prosper but it also has a unique sense of belonging.

I often contemplate what the Central Coast would be like were it not for so many people I know that do so much for the community, whether it be via service clubs, being on boards and committees, volunteer work, schools and sport. I find these wonderful people are usually quiet achievers who avoid the limelight, elude public attention, preferring instead to do their good deeds without seeking notoriety or reward. I received this honour with deep gratitude.”

So when you come to Bridgecoast for your finance you can be sure we’ll be with you all the way!
