The sale: The property was first listed in February 2008. “It took a long time to sell but perseverance pays off,” said agent Tim Andrews.  “We went to extra heights with marketing including chartering a helicopter to get the right aerial photographs, and this in turn helped find the right buyer.”
The buyer: A Central Coast family.

The sale: The property was marketed on the internet only and was on the market for 52 days. The buyer bought it on their inspection.
The buyer: A family from St Huberts Island who wanted to move closer to the beach for surfing and be close to the high school.

The sale: The property was on the market for 142 days. The marketing campaign was primarily through the internet with only two small ads plus a full page newspaper ad in early April. The buyer came from McGrath’s website listing.
The buyer: A Central Coast family.

The price: $1,600,000
The sale: The property sold after the auction following a considerable marketing campaign which resulted in two buyers racing to exchange contracts.
The buyer: The buyer is from Sydney.
The agent: Raine & Horne Terrigal.
