Central Coast mortgage adviser, makes the MFAA Excellence Awards grade

The Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) has announced Terry Hunt of Smartline Personal Mortgage Advisers was among the finalists for the industry’s seventh annual MFAA Excellence Awards.

It is Mr Hunt’s first year as an MFAA finalist, nominated in the highly competitive 2010 MFAA Excellence Award Mortgage Broking Business: 2-5 loan writers category.

“At Smartline, we value putting the needs of our clients first which we believe has enabled us to grow and prosper during challenging economic times.”

Mr Hunt and his team have been assisting Central Coast clients with home and investment property finance since 1998. “Today over 90% of our business comes by referral from clients,” he said.

The MFAA Excellence Awards are the most rigorous in the Australian mortgage and finance industry and are judged by an independent panel of business professionals and experts.
