This dual level weekender comprises a separate self-contained living area for teens or guests. The price: $1,485,000. The sale: The property was on the market for just 29 days. The marketing campaign was predominantly a web campaign with only two Sydney Morning Herald packages. The property sold by negotiation following the auction. The buyer: The new owners are a family from Sydney’s Upper North Shore who had been actively looking for a holiday home for twelve months. The agent: Stuart Davies of McGrath Central Coast.
Ex-pat buys McMasters Beach beachfront at auction

The price: $2,735,000. The sale: The property had been on the market since November 2007 and followed with a re-launch via a four week campaign that included local and Sydney papers. Highest price for Point Frederick in over 3 years
The property: A 50sqm, four bedroom, three bathroom home sitting on 1,659sqm of beautifully landscaped gardens at 67 Albany Street, Point Frederick. A substantial east-facing, absolute waterfront residence, this property was one of the largest parcels of land ever offered in Point Frederick. The price: $2,300,000. The sale: The property was offered for sale by Expressions of Interest and had been on the market for six months. The buyer: A local business couple were the buyers.
