The price: $2,725,000. It was previously marketed in 1995 for $730,000.

The buyer: A Sydney family.

The sale: The property was on the market for ten days and was sold through the agent?s extensive database.

?It was not advertised in any papers, there were no signs out front and it wasn?t even on the internet,? said agent Brad Hillier.
