What do your customers really think of you?

New Central Coast company, C-Echo, has designed an online customer feedback service that enables a business of any size to incorporate a formal customer feedback survey process into their organisation in an economical, manageable, and extremely fast manner.

Calling themselves "The Customer Satisfaction Survey Company", C-Echo's system is simple:

1.  The business manager/owner creates a customer feedback program with C-Echo, designed specifically to get the information their business requires.
2.  They then receive uniquely coded customer invitations.
3.  The invitations are distributed to customers in a predetermined manner.
4.  Customers complete the survey at www.c-echo.com.au and are then entered into a $3,000 cash lottery.
5.  Customers' responses and statistics are then accessed on www.c-echo.com.au using a personal login and password.

The business owner or organisation can access the responses 24/7 via the C-Echo website. As an optional extra, C-Echo can also provide comprehensive response reports. These reports include statistical data, a summary of responses and an indication of trend data.

C-Echo has appointed former Central Coast Business Enterprise Centre Manager, Cliff Parker to promote this new product, with a focus on NSW and the Central Coast. "At C-Echo, we meet with the business owner or organisation personally and tailor questions they specifically want and need the answers to, thus giving them the opportunity to build business relationships with their existing customers as well as ensuring their business model has appeal to new customers. Customer feedback is an essential element of both tactical and strategic planning," said Mr Parker.

"Many people genuinely want to give feedback. They can be further enticed to respond by an incentive or prize. Every respondent is entered into a lottery with a 1:6000 chance of a $3000 cash prize," he said. However, it's not all about the lottery. The C-Echo system has been extensively researched and specifically designed to make the process of giving and receiving feedback very simple via the C-Echo website. Respondents can also choose to remain anonymous.
