Wyong resort wins urban design award

Investa Property Group’s Kooindah Waters Residential Golf and Spa Resort at Wyong has been recognised for demonstrating excellence in urban development, winning the 2009 Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) NSW Award for a Masterplanned Residential Lifestyle Development, at the annual award presentation in late September.

Kooindah Waters was also a finalist in the Environmental Excellence category and received strong recognition for actively pursuing sustainability throughout the development.

At Kooindah Waters, a wide range of contemporary housing is situated around an 18-hole championship quality golf course and 4.5 star resort.

“We are delighted that Kooindah Waters won this award and that Investa Property Group has been recognised for taking a leading edge approach to urban form and sustainability in lifestyle development,” said Lloyd Jenkins, Group Executive of Investa Property Group.
