Bunnings buys West Gosford site

Bunnings Properties Pty Ltd are reported to have paid $9.9 million for a 4.52 ha property at West Gosford.

The property at 5 Yallambee Avenue, West Gosford was purchased in December 2009.

It is part the site of the former Sterland Bros frames and trusses factory and was owned by Executive Estates Pty Ltd.
