We have listed (for sale) the golf and resort components of our award winning development in order to focus on our core development capabilities.”

Kooindah Waters Residential Golf and Spa Resort opened in February 2008.
 The community title development combines:
• 252 architect designed contemporary homes on completion,
• a Ross Watson designed 18-hole Championship golf course managed by Troon Golf, and
• Mantra Resorts manage a 108-bed resort complex. The 4½ star resort offers spectacular facilities including a 100 seat restaurant, 300 seat conference centre, bar, golf pro-shop, indoor lap pool, outdoor leisure pool, 2 tennis courts, gym, sauna and day spa.
Peter Harper and Aaron Desange of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels have been appointed as agents for the sale.
