Iconic business at The Entrance sold

John Fearnley has sold The Entrance Boathouse which has been established for over 90 years at The Entrance on a Crown Land Lease.
The Fearnley Family have owned and operated this iconic tourism business for over 33 years.
Located on the waterfront at The Entrance known as being ‘under the bridge’ it is famous for its fleet of half cabin motor boats, open motor boats and more recently stand up paddle boards, canoes and  kayaks.
The business also includes a large range of bait and tackle, cold drinks, ice creams, maritime models and souvenirs
The new owner is Terri and Toni Moon from Griffith who have now moved to the area to run the enterprise with their partners Mark Cummings and Lane Whitfield who are locals on the Coast.
The sale was negotiated by Graham McMullen of Argyle Estates Business Brokers who commented that they had received over 9,000 enquiries for this tightly held onto business.
The new owners took over on the 21st December 2017 ensuring they catch the high season.
