Anytime Fitness leases Tuggerah unit

Anytime Fitness has leased Unit 6 of 1,543 sqm at 184-186 Pacific Highway, Tuggerah.

Terms of lease are 10 years with 10-year option at an undisclosed rental.

The unit is part of a recently developed complex comprising 6 units including a number of fast food outlets.

Ty Blanch and Brett Dowling form Knight Frank Central Coast negotiated the lease.
