Local property developers, the Brand Group, are expanding their interests in early learning centres with work nearing completion on a new centre at Wamberal that will bring their total number of centres to four with another planned for Holgate.

Currently nearing completion, a Sprout Early Learning Centre in High Valley Close, Wamberal will open in January 2022 and will be the second early learning centre for owners Simone and David Brand .

The couple’s first venture in early learning centres is their Sprout ELC in Serpentine Road, Terrigal which opened in 2018 and has 130 child enrollments and employs 37 educators.

Mrs Brand said that the family is committed to providing the highest standards from the quality of design and construction of their Centres to the education and care of children.

The Wamberal centre has been designed by architect Chris Baker from Thrum Architects with construction by Cowyn Building Group a well established Sydney family builder that has established a base at Charmhaven.
