Interpod leases Berkeley Vale factory

Manufacturers of modular bathrooms, Interpod Australia Pty Ltd will relocate their operations from Sylvania Way, Lisarow to a recently built stand- alone factory at 30 Apprentice Drive, Berkeley Vale.

Interpod have signed a 7 year lease with 7 year option at an undisclosed rent on the 8,500sqm steel construction building on a 2.94 ha site in the Berkeley Vale Industrial Area.

Originally built to maintain heavy machinery the building comprises 2 x 100 tonne gantry cranes with extensive  modern offices and facilities with surrounding concrete hardstand

Brad Rogers from Raine & Horne Commercial Central Coast negotiated the lease in conjunction with Ben Byford and Peter Mangraviti from CBRE.
