Gosford Kwik Kopy franchise owner Peter Clarke has been announced as the winner of Kwik Kopy Australia’s Franchisee of The Year 2023 award at its 2023 Sales and Marketing Summit.
It was the second time around for Peter Clarke and his team having won the prestigious annual prize in 2021.

Gary and Vickey Taylor who operate Burbank House & Garden Centre at Erina Heights have opened a new garden centre at Mt White adjacent to John Singleton’s Saddles Restaurant.
Located in a building built by the John Singleton Group The business is Managed by Donna Galea. The garden centre and restaurant form part of Mr Singleton’s vision for the 10-hectare Mt White precinct that will eventually include a luxury boutique hotel.

Over the next two years Gosford CBD will experience an explosion of residential accommodation with six high rise projects now under construction.
Nearly a thousand residential units are now under construction with completion dates from late 2024 to early 2025 and this means the Gosford CBD population will rise by around 2,000 people.
