$75m Health Hub a major investment for Gosford

 A local investor has purchased 2 & 2A Watt Street, Gosford an investment property with development potential.

Price paid was $1.6 million (GST not applicable)

The 1,310sqm property is located on the corner of Watt and Erina Streets Gosford opposite Gosford Post Office and comprises 8 retail shops with Net Lettable Area (NLA) of 492sqm and 1st Floor office space with 164sqm NLA.

And adjoining property (2A) is leased as a car park.

Several tenants are long term tenants with current leases.

The sale was negotiated by Anthony Scarcella from Knight Frank Central Coast.
