A property developer has paid $3,465,000 (including GST) for a 7,000sqm industrial site zoned E4 at 10 Tinnula Drive (Lot 69) Jilliby in the Warner Business Park. Ben Purdue from LJ Hooker Commercial negotiated the sale.
